I wanted to create Camore to provide a service where I would be able to work closely with clients to support their individual needs. As it is just me, I can truly get to know you and your business, look after and support you, unlike in larger businesses where you can be passed around many different staff members.
I have worked in the accountancy industry for 16+ years and in my current employed role I work for a practice that specialises in farming and rural businesses.
In prior employment I have worked with a variety of different business types; tradesmen, hairdressers, online retailers and cafes, just to name a few.
My experience gives me a vast knowledge of what occurs beyond bookkeeping and VAT preparation meaning you can be sure that what I provide is also what your accountant needs, which can save costly accounting bills.
There are a number of software’s I have experience in using, with Making Tax Digital being introduced by HMRC cloud based software’s have become increasingly popular, however sometimes nothing can beat a good spreadsheet. What is important to me is that the software used works well for you and can give you what you need. I know many business owners have found the transition to digital records tough, however I am confident I can support you with this so that you are fully Making Tax Digital compliant.
One of my aims is to be as green as possible, so although I am happy to work with paper documents I do not generate paperwork if it can be helped. This means when I issue documents and files they are likely to be electronic.
The finer details of businesses and their transactions are my passion, which means I will work hard to truly understand your business, how you operate, and what support you require from me.
I am licenced by AAT (licence number 1006769) and I hold professional indemnity insurance.
